I'm more concerned about different elements than stats. what I'm truly worried about is:

 

• are you a fun person to talk to?
• are you easy to get along with?
• do you try to arrange training/practice games in order to help other members?
• do you add to the atmosphere of clan chat?
• are you a good sport?

we are all different players and we all have our strengths and weaknesses. i see having a person who has all the qualities listed above to be just as important as someone who's 1400+ in the clan. and if there was a member in the clan with high stats and a bad attitude, he/she'd probably be expelled. I'm very happy with our current members and nothing's going to change that
